CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to Salon Yun. We understand that life happens, but as a one-person salon, last-minute changes significantly affect our schedule. We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for all Color and Chemical services to allow us time to fill the spot. For all appointments, we require a minimum of 5 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that cancellations made within this 5-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the service cost. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation within the 5-hour window, please call or text our business number directly so we can accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding and support!
